Written and produced by David English & Pal Granlund it features newly-discovered images scanned for the first time from the original negatives - exclusive to this book. The book's story starts on August 16 1956 and ends on September 30, 1956!

The photos show a twenty-one-year-old Elvis at the beginning of an impressive career that started with his first golden single in '56. The book is 312 pages and author David English notes that two more unseen photos from September 56, one of which shows Elvis paying to go into Malco Theatre just made it into the book before printing. the book will hopefully be out at the end of this month. The book will include an accompanying 32-track CD, 'Elvis Presley Rock N Roll No. 2'.

While many have speculated that the Follow That Dream (FTD) Collectors Label
might close after 20 years in 2019, Ernst Jorgensen has strongly denied this stating that FTD has plans to continue for the foreseeable future. FTD was started in 1999 with its first release containing material from the second dressing room rehearsal for the '68 Comeback Special. The biggest selling title though is The Jungle Room Sessions
Red West was working on an autobiography before his death last July. Co-author Jon W. Sparks has opened up on a few details with the book to be release later this year. Red West
and Elvis Presley were friends ever since the day in high school when Red broke up a plan by some punks in the boys room to give shy outsider Elvis an unwanted haircut with a pair of scissors. Red, a burly athlete standing 6-1, told the bullies, 'You're gonna have to give me one first'. They tucked tails and skeedaddled.

Due for (re)release from Chartwell Books on October 17, 2017 is the book 'A King In The Making' by Alfred Wertheimer and Peter Guralnick. The book is a hardcover with 224 pages.

'. Reaching #1 on Billboard in February 1965, it would Elvis' last chart topping album until 'Aloha From Elvis Via Satellite' in 1973. Packaged in 7" format with a full color 16-page memorabilia booklet, it contains previously unreleased material and the recently discovered 'I'm A Roustabout' track.
