***image1***The 'Elvis Presley Forever' CD compilation has exited the Billboard's 200 Albums chart this week after four weeks on the chart and a first week debut at No. 11. We can only wonder now how long it would have been on the chart if it had not been a limited edition and being sold out after the second week (With only dwindling stocks left in that last week). It was the highest debut for an Elvis album since '2nd to None' album debuted at No. 3 in 2003.

While this is a touch disappointing, pre-sale orders of the 'If I Can Dream: Elvis Presley With The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra' CD tell us that another big Elvis hit CD will be with us this year.

Elvis fans and stamp collectors: Dust off your Blue Suede Shoes, put on an Elvis record, and celebrate The King Of Rock and Roll with this timeless tribute, The Forever Elvis Collection, and the Forever Elvis CD.

'Elvis Presley Forever' spans Elvis' career from his 1954 Sun Records recording 'That's All Right Mama', through his early-1970s hits 'Burning Love' and 'The Wonder of You', and includes previously unissued versions of 'If I Can Dream' and 'What Now My Love'. The CD
also includes such Presley signature hits as 'Heartbreak Hotel', 'Hound Dog', 'Return to Sender', 'Viva Las Vegas' and 'Suspicious Minds'.

We have just a few sets left unsold ... Order a CD and Stamp set today.

With this stamp in the Music Icons series, the U.S. Postal Service® honors Elvis Presley (1935-1977), the singer, guitarist, musician, and actor who became one of the first true stars of rock-and-roll.

This stamp features a 1955 black-and-white photograph of Presley taken by William Speer. In the bottom left corner, between the words 'Forever' and 'USA', is a small gold crown, a nod to Presley's nickname, The King of Rock and Roll™. Presley's signature, in gold ink, is also featured along the right side.

The square stamp sheet resembles a vintage 45 rpm record sleeve. One side of the sheet includes the stamps and the image of a sliver of a record seeming to peek out of the top of the sleeve. The following text borders the block of stamps: 'The Elvis Presley stamp is being issued as a Forever® stamp. This Forever stamp will always be equal in value to the current First-Class Mail® one-ounce price'.

Never before have we seen an Elvis Presley concert from the 1950's with sound. Until Now! The DVD Contains recently discovered unreleased film of Elvis performing 6 songs, including Heartbreak Hotel and Don't Be Cruel, live in Tupelo Mississippi 1956. Included we see a live performance of the elusive Long Tall Sally seen here for the first time ever. + Plus Bonus DVD Audio.

This is an excellent release no fan should be without it.

The 'parade' footage is good to see as it puts you in the right context with color and b&w footage. The interviews of Elvis' Parents are well worth hearing too. The afternoon show footage is wonderful and electrifying : Here is Elvis in his prime rocking and rolling in front of 11.000 people. Highly recommended.
