However for me I conclude that it comes down to how much you like this movie and subsequent ones, as for me there is enough* of 'King Creole' in the recently released, The Elvis Files Volume 2 book [One volume in a comprehensive, 1953-1977 Books series, The Elvis Files] which I rate, along with The King Of Las Vegas as the best of the recent barrage of huge and heavy Elvis books being released. [With Volume 5 looking like trumping this!!!] So if you really love the 'King Creole' Movie and want as many photos and as much information on it as you can get your hands on, here is the book. But if you do not wish to be buying every book released then the The Elvis Files Volume 2 book is by no means a simple overview, it is comprehensive in itself and indeed as stated above, only one of seven books in The Elvis Files 1953-1977 Hardcover Deluxe series.

* There are 68 pages devoted to 'King Creole' in the 528 page 'The Elvis Files Vol. 4', not far off the number of pages that many regular books have in total. However 'King Creole Frame By Frame' does have 437 pages.

* 48 Hours To Memphis is actually not stereo but it has been mixed from a two track tape and very high quality 'hi-fi' and not only is it not a soundboard it compares perfectly with normal stereo releases.
Video Preview: Tupelo's Own Elvis Presley DVD
Tupelo's Own Elvis Presley DVD. Digipack with a 16 page booklet. Never before have we seen an Elvis concert from the 50's with sound. Until Now! The DVD Contains recently discovered Unreleased Film of Elvis performing 6 songs, including Heartbreak Hotel and Don’t Be Cruel, live in Tupelo Mississippi 1956. Included we see a live performance of the elusive Long Tall Sally seen here for the first time ever. This is an excellent release no fan should be without it. The 'parade' footage is good to see as it puts you in the right context with color and b&w footage. The interviews of Elvis' Parents are well worth hearing too. The afternoon show footage is wonderful and electrifying : Here is Elvis in his prime rocking and rolling in front of 11.000 people.
