Memories - Sweetened thru the ages just like wine", subtitled "On the road with Elvis & John Wilkinson" will be released in 2004.

"Memories" holds over a hundred rare illustrations and takes you back to the days when Elvis Presley filled showroom after showroom. The 160 page book brings back to life the many memories of Elvis Presley's friend and rhythm guitarist John Wilkinson. Author of the English book is Peter Verbruggen, who also wrote "Elvis - King of Belgium".

The book is all but an encyclopedia. Instead, it's a bundle of memories, as John Wilkinson remembers his years with Elvis. It's illustrated with unique documents, news paper clippings and reviews.

First presentation of the book is on Saturday, January 10th 2004 during the Belgian Birthday Party in Sint-Niklaas (near Antwerp). Guest of honor is, of course, John Wilkinson himself. The second presentation of the book - in the presence of John - takes place on Saturday January 17th in Denmark, and on the 18th in Sweden.

Elvis Presley Video Tupelo's Own Elvis Presley DVD

Never before have we seen an Elvis Presley concert from the 1950's with sound. Until Now! The DVD Contains recently discovered unreleased film of Elvis performing 6 songs, including Heartbreak Hotel and Don't Be Cruel, live in Tupelo Mississippi 1956. Included we see a live performance of the elusive Long Tall Sally seen here for the first time ever. + Plus Bonus DVD Audio.

This is an excellent release no fan should be without it.

The 'parade' footage is good to see as it puts you in the right context with color and b&w footage. The interviews of Elvis' Parents are well worth hearing too. The afternoon show footage is wonderful and electrifying : Here is Elvis in his prime rocking and rolling in front of 11.000 people. Highly recommended.
