In July 2004 EPE invited you to submit your favourite recipe and now 'Graceland's Table' is the first cookbook to be written with the full cooperation of Elvis Presley Enterprises. In addition to recipes for Elvis' favorite foods, the book will include photographs of Elvis at home and full-color food photos taken in Graceland for the book.

The 175 recipes in Graceland's Table will come from two sources: EPE's archives of Elvis' favorite recipes and Elvis' fans. The recipes from the fans will be solicited through EPE's electronic newsletter, its catalog, and the more than 400 fan clubs. Fans will submit a recipe they would have like to cook for Elvis should they have been invited to Graceland for a meal and to explain the reason for their choice. Fans will also be asked to submit recipes linked to a particular song or movie title or person in Elvis' life (e.g. Love Me Chicken Tenders, Colonel Parkerhouse Rolls, Blue Suede Berry Pie. Twelve recipes will come from EPE and over 150 from the fans.

The book will also have 35 B&W photos of Elvis and Graceland and 20 full-color food photos, trivia, and stories by those who knew Elvis such as Joe Esposito, member of the Memphis Mafia, Patty Perry, the only female member of the Memphis Mafia, and Marian Cocke, Elvis' nurse.

Released August 4, 2005

Elvis Presley Video Tupelo's Own Elvis Presley DVD

Never before have we seen an Elvis Presley concert from the 1950's with sound. Until Now! The DVD Contains recently discovered unreleased film of Elvis performing 6 songs, including Heartbreak Hotel and Don't Be Cruel, live in Tupelo Mississippi 1956. Included we see a live performance of the elusive Long Tall Sally seen here for the first time ever. + Plus Bonus DVD Audio.

This is an excellent release no fan should be without it.

The 'parade' footage is good to see as it puts you in the right context with color and b&w footage. The interviews of Elvis' Parents are well worth hearing too. The afternoon show footage is wonderful and electrifying : Here is Elvis in his prime rocking and rolling in front of 11.000 people. Highly recommended.
