Following the release of the 5 volumes of the Elvis: That's The Way it Is Summer Festival Hardback book series Erik Lorentzen has announced a smaller release with 'Elvis: That's The Way it Is Photo Folio' in the 'Summer Festival' series. This deluxe coffee-table softcover book is 30cm x 25cm, just under 1kg, and contains 250 color images.
FTD to Release 'On the Road with Elvis' Book with 3 CDs in November
FTD will now release the limited edition version of Bruce Jackson's 'On the Road with Elvis' In November. The book now includes 3 CDs featuring audio commentary by Jack Mullins and two soundboards: Sioux Falls, October 18 1976 and Atlanta, December 30, 1976, will be available as a Follow That Dream (FTD) release in September. Bruce was Elvis' sound engineer at the concerts from 1971 to 1977. The book was previously released on its own by Gary Jackson in 2018. This new release is now sold out and there will be no reprint.

Follow That Dream (FTD) will release Gary Jackson's book, 'Bruce Jackson: On the Road with Elvis' later this year with a set of 3 CDs that include an audio documentary, a soundboard recording of the Sioux Falls concert on October 18, 1976, and - for the first time ever - a soundboard from Bruce's own collection from the concert in Atlanta on December 30, 1976. JAT Publishing will re-release an updated version of the book The Definitive Vinyl Artwork of Elvis Presley 1956-1977' this month. JAT recently completed the work updating the book and it will be available at the end of this month. JAT found some newer images and documents and artboards. This is an Elvis keepsake forever. This book is the perfect companion piece to the elaborate 'Elvis Sessions IV The Recorded Music of Elvis Aron Presley 1954-1977'. The Vinyl Artwork book contains most of the original photography for the albums, singles and extended plays released in Elvis Presley's lifetime. Many of the photos are the full gorgeous images as they were originally photographed with many never before seen in their entirety.

This is an excellent release no fan should be without it.
The 'parade' footage is good to see as it puts you in the right context with color and b&w footage. The interviews of Elvis' Parents are well worth hearing too. The afternoon show footage is wonderful and electrifying : Here is Elvis in his prime rocking and rolling in front of 11.000 people. Highly recommended.
