A Legendary Performer - Volume 5

After more than twenty years, A Legendary Performer - Volume 5 will soon be issued on the Madison label. Like the earlier (RCA) editions in this series, it will contain many previously unavailable performances from every phase of Elvis' career, and include a 16 page, illustrated memory log.  Every effort has been made to use the best available sources.

Among Volume 5's highlights are unedited masters of "Night Life" and "Yellow Rose Of Texas/The Eyes Of Texas," plus an unreleased take of "The Climb" from the "Viva Las Vegas" sessions; live August 1969 tracks taken from reel-to-reel;  undubbed acetates of "I've Got Confidence", "It's A Matter Of Time" and "Woman Without Love"; and previously unreleased concert recordings from 1975 (Las Vegas ... undated, but neither March 22 MS nor March 30 DS) and 1976 (Cincinnati, March 21).
