All Shook Up Missing on Polk Salad Annie FTD !

There are a lot of discussions / speculations on our board as to why "All Shook Up' wasn't included on the July 1st, 2004 release 'Polk Salad Annie'. We asked to Ernst Jorgensen why it wasn't included and here's the answer 'As for ALL SHOOK UP - very simple - It wasn't recorded, just like I GOT A WOMAN wasn't recorded in it's entirity. Strange, but true!'. I guess it clears up the reasons why it wasn't included on "Polk Salad Annie '.
