Elvis dated Sheila after he broke up with Linda Thompson. Sheila was the October 1973 Playboy cover girl and married James Caan in '76 (divorced in '77). Elvis and Sheila met each other in Las Vegas. Elvis performed 'And I Love You So' many times during his concerts and dedicated it to Sheila. One of the all-time best out-takes is take 1 of 'And I Love You So', where Elvis says 'step here Sheila let me sing to you baby' just before starting the take. 'So many losses recently in the Elvis world. I remember Sheila very well. She was very pretty, very sweet.
