The Canadian based company Remstar Films has acquired the Canadian rights to the new film Elvis & Nixon. The film is about the meeting between Elvis and President Nixon on December 21, 1970 at the White House. Elvis wrote a letter to President Nixon while on a plane headed to Washington seeking a meeeting so he could ask to be a federal 'DEA' agent. Elvis & Nixon shows what happened during this intimate moment in the Oval Office. Michael Shannon and Kevin Spacey playing the lead roles as Elvis and the president. They are currently filming in Los Angeles and New Orleans. The film is expected in cinemas in 2016.

The afternoon show footage is wonderful and electrifying : Here is Elvis in his prime rocking and rolling in front of 11.000 people. Highly recommended.
